World-class multi-ton manufacturing infrastructure, 350+ KL reactor volume, and 7 ISO Class 8 cleanrooms.
State of the Art Factory & Scalable Capacity
Chieron has invested in its capacity expansion with future demand in mind. We have two production blocks with a total equipment capacity of 350 KL. Addition of 50 KL in the existing block and 150 KL in the new block is under finalization.
Key Facility Highlights:
We have 7 clean rooms. All are Class 100,000 (ISO 8 Certified).
We have 9 world class Research & Analytics labs that support new product development.
Separate areas are dedicated to development of high pressure reactions and the pilot plant is conveniently located on the same site.
Approximately 80,000 sq meter of land is available & similar dedicated blocks for CMO activities can be built under partnership modules.
